Lists of Laughs for my Monday

Awkward moments:
  • I burned my knuckle on the top of the oven trying to get the tin foil off of the pan. I should of pulled the rack out instead I put my hand in. Guess I wasn't thinking.
  • Im at Bryants basketball games and a lady comes up to me and say," you look to young to have a 12 year old." I just laughed and said,"oh he is my brother." Really??
  • I was putting some cheese on the shepards pie and some cheese fell in the bottom of the oven. It started to smoke really bad that I turned on the fan and opened the windows. Its amazing that it would smoke that much over a few pieces of grated cheese.
  • Im sitting at Bryce's basketball game on the opposite side of where his team was. Every time some one scored or I would cheer, I would get dirty looks from the parents on the other team.
  • I was at the dentist this morning and I thought we were all done. I get up and start to get my things and the dentist say, "uh Rach were not done yet" I turned 3 shades of red then sat back in the chair and said "sorry" the assistant and the dentist laughed and started giving me a hard time.

Mommy for a week...

My Parents left for a cruise and I was left being mommy for a 10 days. Its not to often that my parents get to go on trips just with each other. I think my mom was worried and she had made a detailed discribtion of where the boys need to be ever day and time. She also cooked some meals for the days that were super busy and I just wouldn't have time to prepare something.

It was a good to spend time with my brothers and get to know them more. I sometimes forget how much younger they are from me and my sisters and that they need a lot of help. My brothers ALWAYS  had something going on. It's amazing how much time I have spent in a car dropping off, picking up or just waiting. I think I'm all boyed out for a while between baskball games every night Tuesday- Friday, basketball practices, young mens, scouts, getting dinners ready, nerf gun wars with lots of boys running around the house, dropping off and picking the boys up from school, and homework.
Bryce is a very honest and one night he asked "why dont you cook more often". I told him "cause mom always cooks" he then tells me "well you should make more dinners often cause its a nice break from moms cooking." Bry was quick to say, "oh yeah" It was nice to hear that they enjoyed my cooking cause I'm not the best chief, but Im learning :)
Along with being a mom, Chet got back Sunday from being in Florida for 2 weeks. Its nice to have him back and the boys enjoyed having a man around to talk with then hearing me talk all the time. He was a big help with getting the boys homework all finnished up. Thanks boys for all the fun :) love ya.

Monday, Monday

 List of laughs:
  • I was eating a cookie, I turn my head for a second and turn back and my cookie was gone. My dog had grab it out of my hands and ate it. I would have been mad if I didn't hear Bryce laughing really hard who had seen the whole thing.
  • My friend texted me at 5:30 am and my phone was by my face and I jumped up and scared me so bad. Once I realized it was my phone and read it I started to laugh cause it's only something he would do.
Awkward moments:
  • A man was shouting "Chelsey" from behind me. Someone grabs my arm and before I could turn around I hear " Hi Chelsey". I turn around and I just said, "Oh Hi" and he went red and just stood there. I finally said "we'll see ya"
  • My stomach growling really loud during the prayer.
  • My score for my third round pick on my bracket, I was ahead now I'm in last place.
  • Asking my 12 year old brother how to spell a word.

This is more for my sister Cambria but I had to show everyone how cute my nieces is.

Ever since Stella was born she loves music. Now everytime she hears music she starts to dance. Cambria has tried to record her dancing but she always stops. I finally got her dancing on my phone and boy was she getting into it :)

List of Laughs

I swear my week goes by so fast, its hard to think that its monday again. Going through my weeks I decided that I have a lot of awkward moments that happen to me. So I decided to add them to my list of laughs, cause who hasn't ever had an awkward moment.

List of laughs for my week:
  • I was trying to pick a basket and didn't notice my mom had a hold of it. I was thinking maybe it just got stuck on the carpet. My mom was laughing and I really wanted to get mad but I just laughed really hard
  • I thought a rock was dog poop and my dad and I had an argument this rock or poop. My dad goes outside wipes his hand on it and wipes his hand on my face. I couldn't help but to laugh cause I lost over a stupid rock.
  • I tripped up the stairs outside where everyone could see me. I just waved and ran inside.
  • I was trying on some bras and they weren't fitting me good. My sister points out that I needed to adjust the straps to make it fit. oops (I knew that)
  • Coming out of church the wind blew hard and my skirt flew up, (sorry boys for the little peep show)
  • Watching the BYU game on saturday, then hearing all my friends give me crap about it.

Its Monday....

I cant believe its monday already...
Okay this seriously is one of the funniest things I laughed so hard. I hope this can brighten up your day a little more. :)

So now that you had a good laugh mine probably wont be that funny but to me they were great

List of Laughs/Awesome moments for this week:
  • I caught Stella ripping up one of my favorite book marks. She was smiling and laughing and all I could do was laugh.
  • My brothers came up to me telling me if I rub my hands together really fast they will smell like fruit. I stuck my hands up to my face to smell and they hit my hands hard to hit my nose. They were laughing so hard and I realized that there is no way your hands could smell like fruit after rubbing them together.
  • I was coming into the neighborhood and I think I see my brother walking home. I honked and stopped to give him a ride. Yep not my brother but one of the neighbor boy.
  • Chet came and suprised me this morning and took me to breakfast.
  • Had a girls day out and went shopping in Layton with my sisters, mom and stella. To bad Katie wasn't there but she was sure missed :(

I wish I had a kids mind...

I was trying to teach Bryce how to play the piano, what few songs I do know anyways.  He was getting frusrated that he couldn't get it. I wrote where he needs to place his hands but he was done trying. I was downstairs this morning hearing him sturggle to try the song again. By the time he left for school it sounded really good. I came up later to find these on the piano keys.

Now why didn't I ever think to do that :)

Man am I lucky..

Okay I normally don't do this sort of thing in public, okay I NEVER do. Seeing that this is my journal I figure it is going to come out eventually.

Sexy I know, if he were to see this he would probably say, "Oh freak.....don't I look good in my derby helmet?" This would be my best friend in the entire world. Sorry ladies he is the most amazing boyfriend and I'm one lucky girl.
We all have had those nights when they could be better then they actually are. Last night was one of those night for me. I dont go running to people about my problems, I tend to keep things to myself. Chet knows me way to well to know when something is up. After him prying I finally let it all come out with things I only could do and what I needed to get done. Chet just sat patiently listening.
One thing I love about Chet, he will never sugar coat anything. He will give you his honest opinion even though sometimes what he says hurts but I know its the truth. He is always teaching me life lessons that I sometimes need repeated. Lets face it men (most of the time) are right, we are just to afraid to admit it to ourselves. With out fail after hearing what he has to say and helping me out, he holds me and tells me,"everything is gong to be okay."
Thanks to Chet my night went from alright to a GREAT night.
